NOVEMBER 11, 2020 - Songs from the Spirit - The Journey of an Artwork:
PCS alumnus and trustee Silas Farley '12 shared about the creative process of Songs from the Spirit, the site-specific ballet he choreographed for The Metropolitan Museum of Art in 2019. 

Silas Farley '12 is a dancer, teacher, and choreographer. He is an alumnus of Professional Children’s School (PCS), where he graduated in 2012 with the Jeffrey Lawrence Award for Excellence in all Subjects. He joined the PCS Board as an Alumnus Trustee in 2019. From 2012-2020, Mr. Farley danced with New York City Ballet. He now serves as The Armstrong Visiting Artist in Residence in Ballet in The Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas.

OCTOBER 5 & 8, 2020 - DR. SWEENEY:
Director, scientist, and professor, Dr. Michael Sweeney presented a two-night series on how to handle emotions during the challenging times of COVID-19.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 - A CONVERSATION WITH SAM AKINS '14 AND BARRETT DOSS '07: 
Alumni Sam Akins '14 and Barrett Doss '07 discussed racism and inequality within their industries and around the world, and how to create change.
