This privacy policy covers Professional Children's School's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our site, and when you use our services. This policy also applies to Professional Children's School's treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

Professional Children's School Refund Policy in regard to online contributions and payments

Gifts or payments made to Professional Children's School for the purposes inclusive of contributions to any and all of the School's unrestricted funds, such as the Annual Fund, or restricted funds, such as toward any specific restricted giving program, including tuition assistance and/or payment toward a specific event as organized by the Development Office, be it the Annual PCS Cruise, the Spring Benefit, our Fall Musicale or any and all special events as are occasionally organized by Professional Children's School, are considered non-refundable once the online gift is made.

We realize, however, that there are occasionally extenuating circumstances that might require further discussion. For those specific, extenuating circumstances, please call the Development Office to discuss the matter and to adjudicate an appropriate resolution, which remains the sole prerogative of the School.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our pages. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. We may use this information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain services and information, to bring you special offers that may be of interest to you and to contact you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
(1) we wish to inform You of special offers or notices;
(2) we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
